Each class will begin with a stress reducing meditation, awaking the body with Kundalini breathwork.

Students will flow into a light slow vinyasa yoga flow, ending by a restorative yoga session and yoga nidra exercise. 

Each class is an hour and half in length with a theme carried throughout the practice.
Students will leave with tools to apply outside the classroom

Nov 4 - 12PM “Creating the Balance”
Dec 2nd - 12PM “Letting Go”
January n 6 - 12PM “Change and Growth”

$25 a class, $60 for Series

ABOUT LINDSAY
Lindsay Barrasse is a certified 200 RYT. She is an advocate for mental health, mental wellness, and mindfulness bringing awareness of the spirit, the mind, and the body into her practice. She is additionally certified in the National Alliance On Mental Illness’ Family-to-Family Education Program and in Mental Health First Aid, Certified in Trauma Informed Yoga, Kundalini Yoga along with over 200 continued education credits. She has a passion for teaching and for the practice of yoga as a full experience to create powerful shifts for self healing.
