This Gratitude Yoga Workshops provide tools and practices for students to incorporate into their daily lives. The workshop will began with instructor Lindsay Barrasse sharing her insightful tips and tools to live a more gratifying life, followed by an hour of heart-opening yoga sequence to stimulate inner peace and compassion within oneself. The workshop will end with an open discussion followed by guided meditation.
